Simply slide open the cabinet by pulling on the handle to access the inside. I ve never lost my house key but i ve certainly misplaced the key to that filing cabinet i never need to lock. Not sure on a dot that might be a bad idea since it s much higher up. The cabinet remains unlocked unless you use a key or tool to move the keyhole into the correct position.
