If part of the control panel is dead or the whole panel is frozen you will want to see if the problem is the circuit board or the control panel. Temperature probe is disconnected from the base board and so the hot tub has no feedback to control the temperature. Is your arctic spas hot tub not working. If all seems well then you may need to replace your control panel or consult your hot tub dealer.

Or a local hot tub technician. See if the panel or any buttons are cracked or if it could have possibly gotten wet. Turn breaker back on and see if spa powers up if not contact your factory authorized dealer. Spa does not heat.

Examine the panel to see if any moisture is present inside the display. Check cable for any rodent damage crimping or melting. If the heat indicator is on and no error message appears contact your factory authorized dealer. Reset by pushing any button.

If the hot tub does not reset shut off power to the spa and call your supplier for a service. For a control panel that is unresponsive with no leds or temperature reading check the wiring harness from the spa pack to the circuit board for a loose connection or damaged wire.
